Judy has had a successful career leading businesses and people to success, and now owns an insurance agency that is in five states. Her passion is horses and helping people.

In her agency, Chun Financial Services, Judy and her team help families with mortgage protection, life insurance with living benefits, indexed universal life that builds cash value tax-fee, debt free life that helps you pay off your mortgage in 9 years or less, without spending any additional funds per month, and annuities.

Her education includes a law degree, an EMBA, and a finance degree.

Judy built her first home in Three Runs Plantation in Aiken SC in 2008 and telecommuted to her job in Hawaii until January 2012 when she moved to Aiken full time.

Judy’s past corporate positions include:

1. Chief Administrative Officer for an Augusta based cyber security and IT firm.

2. CEO Chair, Vistage International, where Judy coached CEO’s to improve their personal performance and the performance of their company.

3. Founder of People Solutions, which was an employee development firm. Clients included the City of Aiken.

4. A third-party administrator for the 3rd largest insurance company in Hawaii, offering life and health insurance. Judy, as Chief Operating Officer and later as Chief Executive Officer, and her team grew that company from $65 million to $185 million in 10 years. Judy was also a member of the Board of Directors.

5. As Chief Financial Officer and VP of Human Resources of a major insurance company in Hawaii, Judy improved the employee benefit plan, the financial reporting, and implemented a 401(k) plan for its employees. Judy reported directly to the Board.

6. Judy was VP of Human Resources and Administration for a 4,500 employee international conglomerate where she reduced the cost of employee benefits plans and restructured post-retirement benefits, without any decrease in benefits to plan participants, while adding $5 million to the company’s bottom line, among many more results.

7. Director of Risk Management for a 1,200 employee conglomerate where she introduced Bottom Line Reporting to the executive group which measured quarterly success and kept executives accountable for positive results. Judy also introduced a pay-for-performance plan for employees that resulted in annual bonuses for successful staff.
